Cherie answered all of our questions and/or got the answers for the few she didnt know off the top of her head. She followed through on every promise and kept us updated throughout the process. When we travelled back to NH after securing our contract, she handled all the details for us (inspections etc) and directed us to other great professionals (mortgage, insurance, home inspections etc.). Without this assistance, we would have been lost.
